The recently resigned managing director (MD) of Dhaka Wasa, engineer Taksim A Khan, has been on the run since the fall of the Hasina government in the student-Janath movement on August 5. He resigned via e-mail on August 14. On August 20, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) banned foreign
