International Desk: BSF has seized about three kg of gold from India-Bangladesh border. According to the Indian Border Guard, the current market value of the seized gold is 2 crore rupees and a quarter of 3 crore rupees in Bangladeshi currency! This huge amount was found with three farmers.

BSF said on Wednesday (October 16) that the three farmers were trying to illegally smuggle these golds from Bangladesh to India.
According to BSF information, members of Border Outpost 73 Battalion in West Bengal's Murshidabad district, while patrolling the area, saw three farmers carrying bicycles after cultivating crops near the international border. After searching them, 15 gold biscuits and 8 gold pieces were recovered from inside the bicycle rod. The weight of seized gold is 2.75 kg.
The names of the three farmers are not known.
During the interrogation, the arrested said that they collected the gold from some unidentified Bangladeshis of Rajshahi's Budhpara village. Then he made them and hid them inside three bicycle rods. After crossing the BSF's Dominion Line, this shipment of gold, Sheikhpara, Murshidabad
