Local Rafiqul Islam said, around 12:30 pm, the pick-up full of fertilizer was taken into custody with the help of locals. When asked later, the driver spoke incoherently. After informing the district agriculture officer, he said upazila agriculture officer. Send Imtiaz Alam to the spot.
