On Friday morning, Feroz Khan was expelled by the president of Chandgaon police station in Chittagong, Mohammad Azam and acting general secretary Md. Gias Uddin Bhuiya.
Feroz Khan is General Secretary of Mohra Ward BNP Chittagong City. He is a resident of Swarup Khan Chowdhury Road, North Mohra. Abdul Halim's son.
The letter mentions that he has been expelled from the post of General Secretary of Mohra Ward BNP for his involvement in activities contrary to the principles and ideals of the party.
Confirming the truth of the matter, Chittagong Metropolitan BNP convening committee member secretary Nazimur Rahman said that Feroz Khan is the general secretary of Mohra Ward BNP. He personally filed the case. He did not have any discussion with senior leaders about filing this case.

The accused in the case are — Chandan Kumar Dhar Prakash Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari (38), Chittagong Divisional Organizing Secretary of ISKCON and Principal of Pundarik Dham Mandir, Ajay Dutta (34), coordinator of Chittagong Hindu Jagran Manch, Leela Raj Das Brahmachari (48), principal of ISKCON Temple, promoter of the city, Gopal Das Tipu (38), Dr. Kathak Das (40), Engineer Amit Dhar (38), Roni Das (38), Rajeev Das (32), Krishna Kumar Dutta (52), Jiku Chowdhury (40), Newton De Bobby (38), Tushar Chakraborty Rajeev (28) ), Mithun Dey (35), Rupan Dhar (35), Rimon Dutt (28), Sukant Das (28), Biswajit Gupta (42), Rajesh Chowdhury (28) and Hriday Das (25). 15 to 20 unidentified accused have been made.
Among the accused in the case, Rajesh Chowdhury and Hriday Dash were arrested on Wednesday night, he said.
