Jumbangla Desk: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has left Dhaka for UK on a 10-day visit.

Mirza Fakhrul's wife left Dhaka on a Bangladesh Biman flight around 8:20 am on Saturday (November 30).

BNP media cell member Shairul Karib confirmed this to the media.

During this visit to London, Mirza Fakhrul will meet the acting chairman of the party, Tariq Rahman, in addition to various party programs of BNP. The two top leaders of BNP will discuss the ongoing situation of the country, the progress of the interim government's reforms, and the upcoming elections.

BNP Secretary General is scheduled to return home on December 11.
