In an emotional message on Instagram Stories, Samantha wrote, 'Until we meet again, daddy'. Then gave a broken heart emoji.

Samantha recently spoke candidly about her strained relationship with her father Joseph Prabhu and how it has affected her self-esteem. In an interview with Galatta India, she opened up about her challenges in finding validation and how those struggles have shaped her personal growth and journey.

'All my life growing up, I had to fight for validation,' says Samantha. My father was like that… I think most Indian parents are like that. They think they are protecting you. You're not that smart. It is only the standard of Indian education. So you can too. Get first rank. When you say that to a child, I believed for a really long time that I wasn't smart and wasn't good enough.'
