Actor Dhanush in the biopic of the former President of India!

South Indian film star Dhanush has shown equal skill in both acting

and music. He entered the film industry

at the age of 16 because his father was a film director. It didn't take him long to win the hearts of the audience from the very beginning. Dhanush has acted in about fifty films so far.

He was last seen in the movie 'Neelbhuk En Mel Ennadi Kobham'. Along with acting, this is his first time working in a biopic. 'Kalam' is based on the life and work of former President of India A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. Dhanush will play the role of the former President in this movie. The name of the movie has been officially announced at the 78th Cannes Film Festival. The movie will be directed by 'Adipurush' director Om Raut.

The film is being produced by Abhishek

Agarwal and Bhushan Kumar. The producers told Indian media that the film 'Kalam' is being made to pay tribute to the life and work of former President Dr. Kalam. It is an attempt to convey his ideals to the new generation through this film.

Director Om Raut said about the film, "There is a lack of true statesmen in this era. In that regard, the former president was far ahead. He was known for his education, excellence and the power of indigenous innovation. Bringing his story to the screen is challenging for an actor. The film will be inspiring for the youth. It is going to be the most important experience of my life."

The film is scheduled to be released in 2025.

The APJ Abdul Kalam International Foundation is providing overall support for the production of the movie 'Kalam'.

This biopic is set to be a new milestone in Dhanush's career, where he will play the role of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, known as India's 'Missile Man'. The film will pay tribute to Kalam's life and work and attempt to convey his ideals to the new generation.
