Groundbreaking change in land survey: Transparent and fast land management with the touch of technology

For a long time, one of the biggest challenges in land management in Bangladesh

The limitations and lengthy procedures of the old survey system have created complications for the common people. However, this problem is finally going to be solved.

Land Surveying: Past Limitations and Present Challenges
When you hear the word 'land survey', many people think of a complex, time-consuming and uncompetitive process. The CS survey completed during the British period in 1888 is still used as the basis in the country, which took 52 years to complete. At that time, the owners of Dhaka district were mainly the Nawab and Bhawal families, but it took half a century to complete the survey.

Later, even though SA, RS, BS surveys came,

Use of modern technology: An unprecedented transformation in surveys
According to the announcement by the Land Secretary, a breakthrough in surveying has been achieved due to the amazing advancement in technology. Drone technology now makes it possible to take 500 to 600 images per minute and analyze them in automated software to create maps instantly.

Notably, this support is being provided initially at no cost and with a grace period of 28 years, which is a huge opportunity for the country.

As a result, it will help in the implementation of various government projects. Development activities will progress rapidly and a transparent environment will be created for investors.

This initiative will play a significant
