Body of examinee recovered

Police have recovered the body of a BCS candidate

named Himel Debnath (30) from

a house in Shantiniketan in the capital's Tejgaon industrial area. He was taken to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital in an unconscious state at around 12:45 am on Tuesday, where doctors declared him dead.

The deceased, Himel Debnath, was the son of Haripada Debnath of Hindupara area of ​​Narsingdi's Monohardi upazila. He lived in a rented house in the Shantiniketan area of ​​the capital's Tejgaon industrial area and was preparing for the BCS exam.

Monir said, "We received information at around 12:15 am that a young man was lying unconscious in a house in Santiniketan. We quickly reached there and rescued Himel and took him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where the doctor declared him dead."


He further said, "Initial investigation

revealed that Himel was preparing for the BCS exam and had suffered a heart attack in the past. No injury marks were found on his body. The body has been sent to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue to determine the exact cause of death. Legal proceedings are ongoing in this regard."
