Each continental team still has four

matches left in the World Cup qualifiers. Coach Lionel Scaloni has announced the Argentina national team squad for the matches against Chile and Colombia in the World Cup qualifiers.

Argentina

Captain Lionel Messi has returned to the team. The Argentina captain was not in the previous squad due to injury. The star player is currently in great form for Inter Miami.

Argentina will face Chile in Santiago de Chile on June 6. The match will be held at 7 am Bangladesh time and will face Colombia in the second and final match on June 11 at the Monumental Stadium. The match will be held at 6 am Bangladesh time.

Argentina's squad this year has

a few surprises. Notable additions include Belgrano's young defender Mariano Troilo and River Plate's rising midfielder Franco Mastantuino. Both players have yet to make their international debuts. Their recent performances have caught Scaloni's eye.

Meanwhile, four players have been left out of the preliminary squad: Nicolas Dominguez (injury), Alejandro Garnacho, Valentin Castellanos and Alexis McAllister (partial injury).
