In general, 75 percent of men may develop breast enlargement for a short period of time during puberty. Also, diseases that increase the level of estrogen hormone in the body or decrease the level of androgen hormone, especially if affected by diseases of the testicles, adrenal glands, lungs or liver, and side effects of some drugs can cause gynecomastia.

Estrogen, a female hormone, is considered to be the main reason behind male breast enlargement. Some medications can also cause gynecomastia, such as ketconazole, cimetidine. Apart from this, leprosy, liver problems, kidney problems, fast food, excess weight, hormonal problems are considered to be significant causes of adolescent gynecomastia.

Treatment
If you have hormonal problems, you should consult a hormone specialist doctor. Many people say that breast reduction can be done through medicine. But to date no patient has been shown to have breast size reduced by medication. If you want to reduce breast size, there is no other option than surgery. People who have enlarged breasts due to fat accumulation due to regular fast food eating, have slightly smaller breasts when they stop eating fast food and lose weight. Even with regular exercise, large breasts can be made smaller in some patients. But it will not decrease completely. Masculine chest requires surgery.
