After the fall of Sheikh Hasina's government on August 5, this police officer was not seen in public again. He was removed from the traffic department and attached to the DMP headquarters but is absconding. It is heard that Sudeep Kumar has fled to the neighboring country.

His wife Superintendent of Police Sunanda Roy (promoted to the post of Supernumerary Additional DIG) is also in the country. He has already joined Rajshahi when he was attached to Rajshahi range from police headquarters on October 8. On the other hand, final preparations have also been made for the departmental case against Sudeep Kumar who did not join the work.

According to the report of an intelligence agency, Sudeep shot and killed many protesters with a Chinese rifle. This officer of the 24th batch of BCS police cadre won the government's trust by suppressing the opposition parties. Bogra was promoted from Superintendent of Police to Additional DIG last year. Later he was posted as DMP. He then got the charge of DMP's Traffic Answer Division.

According to the intelligence report, when the student movement intensified in Badda-Bhatara from July 15 to 19, Sudeep stayed in the area around the embassy of the neighboring country without the permission of the DMP. He himself fired indiscriminately at the protesters with a Chinese rifle.

On the night of July 20, the Dhaka-Chittagong highway from Jatrabari in the capital to Shanir Akhra was occupied by the agitators. A joint team of army, RAB and police launched an operation to free the road encroachment. Sudeep came here. However, intelligence reports said that there was no situation to fire Chinese rifles in this operation. Sudeep Kumar deliberately fired numerous shots from the Chinese rifle. He fired innumerable 'live bullets' at the agitating crowd who were standing about 150 meters away on both sides from the top of Shani Akhara flyover. About 16 people died. Despite being told not to fire live bullets, Sudeep committed the murder without listening to anyone.

On the orders of Sudeep Kumar, the police first fired 30 rounds from three Chinese rifles side by side on the parapet wall of the flyover, targeting the eager crowd on the left side of the flyover. The report said that the Chinese rifles that the police have can be loaded with 10 rounds at a time.

Moreover, numerous shots were fired by Chinese rifles in different lanes separately. At this time, Joint Commissioner Sudeep Kumar was heard saying to those who shot him - 'How many bodies did you manage to kill with your 100 rounds of Chinese bullets?' The report also said that the RAB-Army did not fire a single live bullet in the area on the day of the incident. Suchur Sudeep Kumar carried out this brutal killing in the dark of night in front of RAB and army.

On July 21, a joint team of army, RAB and police left for the signboard area from Shanir Akhara. At that time the police as 'advanced team' removed the barricades and the agitators till Matuail. No Chinese rifles were seen firing at that time. Joint Commissioner Sudeep Kumar Chakraborty reached the spot around 1 pm and took charge of the police. He then started firing with Chinese rifles. Sudeep continued to fire in Matuail area despite the RAB-Army prohibiting him from firing without reason.

On his orders, three unarmed protestors were target-killed with Chinese rifles in the alley next to The One Restaurant. Sudeep can be heard saying to the policemen, 'We will go to dump the body in every lane; So that no one dares to come forward. According to reports, Sudeep killed at least 50 protestors or enthusiastic crowd with Chinese rifle fire.

Meanwhile Sudeep Kumar is the accused in the case of Emon Hossain Gazi's death on Chittagong Road in Jatrabari area. Apart from this, in other cases, the named accused is the owner of many murders.

Police HQ AIG (Media) Inamul Haque Sagar said that the message of Home Advisor and IGP Sir regarding those who did not attend work is clear. Action will be taken against them soon.

DMP Additional Commissioner of Police (Admin) Farooq Ahmed said, Sudeep Kumar Chakraborty has not returned to work. Action will be taken against him as per custom. However, Rajshahi Additional DIG (Administration and Finance) Faisal Mahmood said Sudeep's wife Sunanda Roy has joined the Rajshahi range. He also went to the office on Wednesday.
