c obstructing work and attempting to kill BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia by placing a truck full of sand in front of her house. The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka gave this order on Friday.

Earlier, on October 4, this case was filed by Shariful Islam Shaon, a member of the Central Committee of the Nationalist Farmers Party. 113 people including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina were accused in the case.

Incidentally, on December 29, 2013, several sand-filled trucks were placed in front of the then opposition leader Khaleda Zia's home in Feroza. On that day, he could not participate in the 'March for Democracy' program announced by BNP. BNP alleged that the former prime minister was kept under house arrest by placing a truck full of sand in front of his house.

It should be noted that Rafiqul Islam was the OC of Gulshan police station at the time of the incident. After that, he was promoted twice and became Additional Superintendent of Police. The Ministry of Home Affairs allowed him to be arrested on Thursday.
