According to police and local sources, when Shaheenur Akhter (45), wife of Abul Kasem of Sadakpur Haji village of Pirjatrapur union of Burichong Upazila, went to the shop to fetch biscuits from a local shop at 9 am on Friday, Sabina Akhtar (30), wife of Madhu Israfil of the same house, made an argument between the two. -Controversies and quarrels arise. There is extreme tension between the two sides over this trivial incident.

At that time, Mudh Israfil's son, Shraban (17), a candidate for entrance exam of Sadakpur Madrasa, took a stick and beat Abul Kasem's wife Shahinur Akhtar and cracked her head. At that time, when her son Saddam Hossain (16) tried to save his mother, Shravan hit him several times with a stick and Saddam Hossain fell to the ground.

The local people rescued the mother and son, first took them to Burichong Upazila Health Complex, then to Comilla Medical College Hospital, and then sent Saddam Hossain to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for better treatment. Saddam died under treatment at 7:30 pm on Friday.

Father Abul Kasem suffered a heart attack after seeing the body of his son brought home early on Friday and was admitted to Comilla Medical College Hospital. Abul Kasem has a son Saddam Hussain and a daughter. The family lost their earning son.

OC of Burichong police station. Azizul Haque said that the body was recovered and sent to Comilla Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. A murder case is being prepared at the police station. The operation is ongoing to arrest the accused involved in the incident.
