On Saturday morning, a discussion meeting was held at the District Commissioner's Office organized by the District Administration and Civil Surgeon's Office and with the support of World Blood Donation and Voluntary Organizations.

Additional Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Administrator Samar Kumar Pal were present as chief guest in the discussion meeting under the chairmanship of Civil Surgeon Jasim Uddin.
