The university started graduating students in 2014 AD. It was named after the former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The facilities you will get

Hamad Bin Khalifa offers fully funded scholarships to international students from outside Qatar. Generally, the scholarship covers monthly stipend for undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD, accommodation, tuition fee, return air ticket fee and family accommodation for married students.

Subjects of study

• Under the College of Islamic Studies there are 5 subjects of Masters and PhD in Islamic Finance and Economics.
• Post Graduate and PhD in Humanities and Social Sciences in 5 subjects under the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
• Under the College of Science and Engineering, there are 13 subjects offering bachelor's, master's and PhD degrees.

Eligibility of Application

Students from all countries can apply for the Hamad Bin Khalifa University Scholarship. Each program has prerequisites. So read each program instructions carefully. Must have good academic results. Test scores must be submitted if IELTS.
