The 'Asian Food Festival' has started in 'Amari' Dhaka to give Bangladeshi foodies the taste of diverse cuisines of South East Asian countries. This is my arrangement in Dhaka to taste the food of Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore.

Ashok Kejriwal, chairman of Hotel 'Amari' Dhaka, inaugurated the event on Monday evening in the presence of ambassadors of various countries. Great food was seen on the placards of different countries. There is also a different attempt to transport guests to the country with traditional South East Asian ambient music.

In the buffet arrangement of the 'Amaya' lounge on the 13th floor of Amari, the hotel staff were dressed in the traditional clothes of these countries, the aesthetics of the lounge can be seen. Delicious food can be seen at 'Thai Traditional Condiment', Amaya Ice Cream Station, Live Dumpling Station, Salad Bar, Fresh Fruit Corner, Dessert Corner. At Thai Corner, there is the Tom Yum Gong Soup, which will definitely give you a different taste with the lemon grass flavor of 'Thai Green Stick' soup, with optional add-ons like Chaomin, Chicken, Prawn, Tofu, Steamed Carrot, Cauliflower.

Oak Fried Vegetables from Vietnam, Pepper Crab from Cambodia, Rice Noodles from Vietnam, Pine Apple Fried Rice from Thailand, Mutton Massaman Curry, Sea Good with Hot Basil Sauce, Star Fried Morning Glory, Thai Fish Cake, Thai Fried Chicken, Hynis Chicken-Prawn from Singapore, Malaysia Fish curry with lady finger, chicken curry, lime chilli fish, mutton satay, chicken sausage and chicken satay were very tasty.

Besides, live dumpling corner was serving great tasting dumplings with plum sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, chili vegetable sauce. The dessert corner had Mango Sticky Rice, Coconut Panna Cotta, Baba Milk, Mango Pudding, Strawberry Mocha, Tropical Pudding, Cold Cheese Cake, Matcha Tiramisu, Blue Berry Swiss Roll and Pan Cake, Chain Glass Pudding.
