According to the letter, Hefzul Bari Mohammad Iqbal alias HBM Iqbal, his wife Anjuman Ara Shilpi, Dr. Moinuddin Iqbal, Ikram Iqbal and Naureen Iqbal, the children of Iqbal's first wife late Mumtaz Begum, were ordered to freeze their accounts.
