Souleymane Diabaté scored the winning goal for the black and whites.

Mohammedan fought evenly against Kings from the start at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Stadium in Comilla on Friday (December 6). However, Mohammedan goalkeeper Mohammad Sujan saw a red card in the 25th minute. Shakib Al Hasan took his place as the replacement goalkeeper.

The replacement goalkeeper was largely responsible for the fact that Mohammedan did not concede a goal in the remaining 65 minutes of regulation time and the added time of both halves. He blocked a powerful shot from Sohel Rana in the 45th minute. In all, Shakib thwarted four sure-fire goals from the opposition.

Suleiman Diabate gave Mohammedan the lead in the 58th minute of the second half. Diabate entered the box from Rahim Uddin's through pass, found the goalkeeper alone and put the ball into the net.

In the end, the Kings were unable to avenge this goal, and the black and white team was able to leave the field with three points.
