Bangladesh is the Higher Secondary
Certificate (HSC) examination. New guidelines have been issued for the 2025 HSC examination to ensure that it is conducted in a fair, cheating-free and safe environment.
HSC Exam 2025: Strict security and anti-cheating measures
To prevent cheating during the HSC examination, the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has issued some important instructions. The instructions state that arrangements must be made to maintain a distance of at least three feet between the examinees.

There will be one room invigilator for every 20 examinees and the presence of at least two invigilators must be ensured in each room. The use of electronic devices is completely prohibited and only the officer in charge will be allowed to use certain types of mobile phones.
Instructions for question paper management and proper administration
In the matter of question paper management, the board has instructed to select the set and open the envelope based on the SMS specified. Unused question papers should be returned to the board and the presence of tag officers and police should be ensured for this.
Candidates must ensure
entry into the center 30 minutes before the start of the exam and candidates arriving late must record their names, roll numbers, etc. in the register.
Safety, public awareness and use of technology
Effective measures will be taken to prevent crowding or congestion outside the examination center. Instructions have been given to use hand microphones and install CCTV cameras to increase public awareness.
The anti-counterfeiting
posters provided by the board have been asked to be displayed in visible places at the center. In addition, only analog clocks are allowed in the examination center.
