The force made the warning in a statement issued on Wednesday to mark the 36th death anniversary of Imam Khomeini.

The statement said, "Iran will undoubtedly

continue on its path, overcoming all kinds of hardships, problems, pressures and sanctions, and will reach the pinnacle of honor and greatness. If the country sincerely follows the instructions of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution."

Describing Iran's armed forces as "strong, capable, courageous and heroic," the statement added, "The Iranian armed forces, relying on Allah and under the far-sighted and intelligent leadership of the Commander-in-Chief (Supreme Leader of the Armed Forces), stand firmly on behalf of the nation."

The Iranian Armed Forces said that all

kinds of mischief and movements of the enemies of the Islamic Revolution are being closely monitored and the forces are always ready to respond immediately to any kind of "evil conspiracy" or strategic mistake.
