If someone participates in a joint

sacrifice with unlawful money, will it be considered a sacrifice?

Due to lack of resources, many people

sacrifice in groups. Two, three, five or seven people sacrifice together. This is permissible in Islam. However, the condition for the sacrifice to be accepted is that the goods are halal.

If someone sacrifices a sacrifice with money earned illegally, will his sacrifice be accepted? What is the issue regarding the sacrifice of a partner?

Rule: If seven people sacrifice together, everyone's share must be equal. No one's share cannot be less than one-seventh. (For example, one half of someone, one and a half of someone). In this case, no partner's sacrifice will be accepted. Similarly, the sacrifice must be made entirely from halal wealth. Sacrifice with haram money will not be valid. In this case, the sacrifice of the other partners will not be accepted either. (Badayus Sanaye: 4/207).

Some more issues

Rule: The intention of all the partners must be for sacrifice. Allah Almighty says, 'It is not their meat and their blood that reaches Allah; but it is the piety of your hearts that reaches Allah.' (Surah Hajj: 37). Therefore, if someone sacrifices with the intention of eating meat instead of fulfilling the command of Allah, then his sacrifice will not be valid. If he is made a partner, the sacrifice of any of the partners will not be valid. Therefore, one should choose partners very carefully. (Badayus Sanaye: 4/208, Fatawa-e-Qazikhan: 3/349).
