Rahman and their daughter Jaima Rahman are being systematically spread misinformation by a gang using fake IDs on social media, the party's senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has alleged.

He made the allegation at a press conference at the BNP central office in Nayapaltan in the capital on Thursday afternoon.

Rizvi said that a gang of criminals is systematically spreading various propaganda against Dr. Jobaida Rahman and Barrister Zaima Rahman through social media using fake IDs, which is completely intentional. In most cases, it is being done using AI methods.

BNP's Senior Joint Secretary General

said that Dr. Jobaida Rahman and Barrister Zaima Rahman do not have any IDs on the social media platform Facebook.

He also said, "A group is preparing a blueprint in the name of the Zia family. We will take legal action against it. The law enforcement agencies are not taking any action to stop these evils."

The BNP leader said, "We strongly

demand that those involved in all these misdeeds be brought to justice immediately and given exemplary punishment. There is no place for lies in a democratic society, so even if attempts are made to spread the culture of lies by taking advantage of technology, it is rejected by the people."
