The first phase of online admission applications for educational institutions under the Secondary and Higher Education Department has started on July 30, which will continue till August 11. And the first phase of online admission applications for institutions under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board will start on July 30 and will continue till August 14, 2025.

Procedure for paying application fee for admission to class XI

To complete the application process for admission to class XI, first go to the link https://xiclassadmission.gov.bd and sign up with the required information. Then, to pay the fee, tap on XI Class Admission from the 'Education Fee' option of the bKash app and enter the board name, passing year, roll number and mobile number. Then, check the fee amount and in the next step, tap and hold the bKash PIN number at the bottom of the screen to complete the transaction. If the transaction is successful, the applicant will receive a confirmation message and a digital receipt on the bKash app, which must be saved for later use. After successfully paying the application fee, go to the link https://xiclassadmission.gov.bd and complete the admission application with the required information.

Procedure for payment of application

Meanwhile, to apply to institutions under the Technical Education Board, similarly, go to the 'Education Fee' option of the bKash app, select BTEB, mention the payment code (<Program Code><Pass Year><Board Code><Roll Number>), check the fee amount, and complete the payment with the bKash PIN on the next screen. After successful payment, a confirmation message and digital receipt will be sent. After successfully paying the application fee, go to the link http://btebadmission.gov.bd/website/ and complete the admission application by providing the required information.

This year, the application fee for admission to class XI, including other charges, has been set at Tk 220 and the registration fee has been set at Tk 335. In both cases, an additional Tk 3 will be added as an online payment charge.

admission has been set at a minimum of 162 taka (the fee will be determined according to the number and type of courses) and the registration fee is 238 and 395 taka.

Apart from this, several other colleges including Notre Dame College, Holy Cross College are conducting their own admission process and admission fees are being paid through bKash. The online application process can be viewed on the websites of the respective colleges.
