Few ingredients are needed to make steak. Meat should be seasoned only with salt and pepper. A little butter and garlic should be given during cooking.

To prepare the steak, you will first need a thick metal pot. Care should be taken after putting the meat in the hot pan so that the temperature of the pot does not drop suddenly. Because the steak needs to be seared, not boiled or boiled.


Searing is the process of compressing the surface of the meat at high altitude in a very short time, so that the internal juices are trapped and the flavorful crust is formed.
