While escaping, four women were caught by the mob at the border

Jumbangla Desk: Four women were arrested by the local mob from Goainghat border area of Sylhet while fleeing to India. Later they were handed over to Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB). A young man who was with him ran away.
They were arrested from a place called Mayabi Jharna near border pillar 1272/4 of Goainghat upazila around 11 am on Saturday. Sylhet Battalion (48 BGB) confirmed this information in a press release.
The arrested are Jeba Begum (35), daughter of Hormuz Sardar of Siddhipasha area of Abhaynagar upazila of Jessore, Nur Nahar (35) daughter of Mozaffar Gazi of Patkhelpata area of Paikgacha upazila of Khulna, Lipi Begum (40) wife of Khairul Sheikh of Peruli area of Kalia upazila of Narail and Shibpur area of Khalishpur upazila of Khulna. Abdur Rashid Dhali's daughter Rimi Dhali (18).
The name of the escaped youth is Jewel Rana (25). He is the North Pratappur area of Gowanghat upazila. Shah Jahan's son.
In a press release, BGB said, while illegally crossing the border and infiltrating into India, they were detained by the local crowd from a place called Mayavi Jharna inside Bangladesh in border pillar 1272/4 area of Sangram BOP area under Sylhet Battalion (48 BGB). Later they were handed over to BGB. The process of handing over to Goainghat police station is going on after filing a case against them for taking legal action.
