Jumbangla Desk: A volunteer group leader named Shaon Bepari (19) was killed in a road accident in Bhanga, Faridpur. The accident took place on Tuesday (October 29) around 8 pm at the Hasamdia flyover of the Dhaka-Bhanga Expressway. On receiving the information, Banga Fire Service and Highway Police reached the spot and recovered the body of the deceased and handed it over to the family.

 

 

The deceased is the son of Salim Bepari of Hasamdia village of Shaon Bepari municipality. He was a worker of Bhanga Upazila Volunteers.

 

 

Sajib Matubbar, member secretary of Bhanga Upazila Sechsevak Dal, said that the deceased Shaon Bepari was involved in politics as the leader of their organization. He was supposed to go abroad. The leaders of the organization have expressed deep grief over Shaun's death.

 

 

 

Sub-Inspector of Bhanga Highway Police Station Noman Shikder said, while going to Maligram on a motorcycle from Bhanga, it lost control and hit the divider while climbing the Hasamdia flyover. He died on the spot.
