and Punjab Kings. Where Kohli-Patidar's Bangalore got their first taste of the title by defeating Shreyas Iyer's Punjab by 6 runs. Batting first, the champions scored 190 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted overs. Punjab was far away from the target. However, Shashank Singh reduced the gap to 6 runs in the final over.
