Challengers Bangalore in the title-deciding match on Tuesday (June 3). The final match of the IPL will be held at the Ahmedabad Stadium. However, the bad news is that there is a possibility of rain in the IPL 2025 final as well.

The match will start at 7:30 pm. The toss will be held at 7 pm. There is a 50 percent chance of rain in Ahmedabad at 6 pm. There is a 5 percent chance of rain at 7 pm. There is only a 2 percent chance of rain in Ahmedabad from 8 pm to 11 pm.
There is a possibility of rain on the day of the IPL final. However, there is a high chance of it before the match starts. There is no such possibility of rain during the start of the match and during the match at night.
If the final match is washed out due to rain, which team will be the champion? Let's find out how the BCCI will decide the outcome of the match in case of rain:
The BCCI has provided an extra 2
hours to complete the match in case of rain. That is, the game will continue till late night and an attempt will be made to determine the result. However, if the final match cannot be organized on this day, then the match will be played on the reserve day.
If it is not possible to hold a 20-over game due to rain, an attempt will be made to hold a final of at least 5 overs per innings. If that is not possible, the match officials can try to decide the result of the final in a 1-over super over.
The IPL final will resume on Wednesday, June 4, at the same venue and time. An additional 2 hours will be allotted on the reserve day in case of natural disasters.
If the final match of IPL 2025 cannot
be organized on the reserve day, then as per the rules, the team that was higher in the league table will be declared the champion. That is, if the final match is canceled, Punjab Kings will be the IPL champion. Because they finished the league at number 1. RCB was at the second place in the league table.
