In a speech on France Inter radio on Saturday, the French president said, "I believe, today's priority is to find a political solution and not to supply arms to Israel to stop the war and killing in Gaza." At the same time, he mentioned, France will not give any more weapons to Israel. AFP reported this news from Paris.

Earlier last month, it suspended some arms exports to the UK and Israel. Because, these weapons are extremely dangerous and expressed fear that they may be used in serious violations of international human rights law.

Meanwhile, Netanyahu harshly criticized French President Emmanuel Macron and other countries for calling for an arms embargo on Israel and said, "This call is an insult to us." But we will fight to the end.

Macron strongly criticized the ground campaign in Lebanon, saying the escalation of the war should be reduced. It is not right to push the people of Lebanon to destruction like this. Lebanon cannot be another Gaza.

Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in a meeting in Istanbul on Saturday that Israel is looking for new excuses to legitimize the policy of occupation and aggression in Gaza.

He said that Israel's propaganda about the aggression of Hamas and Hezbollah is only an excuse. Every day Israel is creating one excuse after another to gain support for its policies of occupation and aggression. Türkiye will always fight against oppressors.
